Wheel, Jog, Walk (Handicap Welfare Association - HWA)

Today, I am supposed to participate in this event 'Wheel, Jog, Walk' at West Coast Macdonald area (8am) to help those disabled people by pushing their wheelchairs & accompany them for a wheel ride.

It's a meaningful activity that I would like to volunteer myself, but I was lazy to wake up early as I am tired yesterday night & it's hard to go to this area by bus which I need to know the way in. No one accompany me also, so I drop off this idea. Felt guilty =x

I guess I will give a call tomorrow to HWA & apologise for not turning up when I promised I will. Anyway I had volunteer myself in taking the pledgecards from them few weeks ago & ask for donations. Thanks to Serene & Jennie who help out in the donations as well =)

Though I didn't turn up for this event, but I still make up for my own exercise. I promise I will exercise 2 days in this week & I did it! I run/jog/walk to the Botanic Garden from my area & took 26 mins to reach haha... I think if I run more, 20 mins should be able to reach liao. This might not be a good record but I tried my best & proud of myself!

Since the overseas trip & the meaty lunch from my company, I gain lots of fats in my body. I might look ok, but I feel exercise is the best way to relieve all aches & promote a more healthier lifestyle. Now exercise has become my drug =p
