It's been 4 days & the ear drop doesn't seem to be working. The ear wax/oil only comes out a little little bit & my hearing is still somehow affected.
Only when I yawn, burped or rub my ear, then it will opened a bit otherwise it's a bit closed also. No choice lor, next week got to use the washing method liao =x
When I was withdrawing $ from the 'ATM', I suddenly remember not receiving my 'STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT' from CitiBank ( It's 2 weeks +, payment has been processed after I gave a call to follow up) & am quite dissapointed which almost came to a close shave in returning the interest! Let me tell the story from the beginning : -
I used my M1 Citicard for the 1st time during mid of June. It's my habit of using the AXS machine to pay for the amount after a few days later, in case I forgotten.
Perhaps during that month, I was a bit tight with $, so I didn't pay & instead wait for the 'STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT' to arrive. Who knows I didn't receive any & I recalled l I got use the card in June, how is it possible the 'STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT' has not been received in the 1st or 2nd week of July?
I quickly gave a call to Citibank & realise my bill has been overdue for 3 to 4 days already & the interest has accumulated since the overdue date. I was like "Oh Man... I am going to pay for the interest fees???
It's not my fault initially but its Citibank who didn't sent me any 'STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT' I explained this to the service officer & he help me to waive off the interest fees.
Well it's not all because he accepted my explanation but the customer can also be entitled to waive off the interest fee for once in year. I was like "Hey... That's not my fault in the 1st place, that's not considered help lor"
Anyway I didn't agrue much on the help or didn't help issue. I just repeat that I never receive the 'STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT' & its defitnely unfair for me to pay the interest fee even if you didn't help me to waive off.
After that, he double confirmed on my address & from the system itself, I had opted for the 'STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT by email. I was "Huh... I really didn't receive any email at all". In the end, I requested for a switch to paper statement by post. I quickly paid for the outstanding amount on 8th July & uptill now still didn't receive any.
Angry Angry!!! I did call again & this time when the person pick up, I said "I want to make a complain" haha... I never did that before & it's my 1st time. My tone on the phone was calm but displeased...Hope I am able to receive by this week, otherwise I will terminate the card if this goes on.
