Go Away Flu

I forgotten when is the last time I caught the flu virus, but I know now I caught it =x

Few months back, I was quite consistent in taking my Vita C drink, at least 3 to 4 times in a week. Sometime later, I stopped. I am not of a fruit or milk person.

I don't mean I don't like to eat/drink it, but never touch it lo. I know just relying on the tablets is not enough, I got to take real fruits to boost my immune system. Other then that, exercise plays a part too.

Nowdays, my run has deterioated sigh... Just don't have the kind of motivation like last time & keep on telling myself to run run run! Don't know what went wrong, is this a sign of 三分钟热度 & find an excuse to be lazy?

No Way!!! I can't let this happen because I still truly believe exercise do help to mantain a healthy lifestyle & can slim down a bit (Ya, I know it's a bit only, better than nothing) on the butt & thigh areas haha... =p

Once a week of exercise is defintely not enough to burn the fats & others. So in order to fill up this gap, I got to reduce on the food intake, don't eat too much like a cow or pig hehe...

But 1 thing to be caution. You also need to take enough food in order to exercise & burn away whatever fats. If you eat little bit & then exercise to extreme, you will be burning your muscles. That's a very wrong method.

Sometimes running the same route also sianz. I wanted to try out different places to have my run, but it might be easy to travel there but come back how? I don't want to aboard the train/bus with my sweaty body =x
