My mum was watching an old TV drama show "5C 老公" in CH 8. Everyone of u knows what the 5Cs stands for right? Yup it's 'CAREER, CASH, CAR, CONDO & CREDIT CARD'

Usually the 5Cs are more related to the guys, but my mum jokingly asked me "What 5Cs do I have?" I was a bit surprised by this question & think for a while. In the 5Cs, I defintely don't have a 'CAR & CONDO'. Do you know what I replaced it with? Ok, here's my answer : -

'CASH, CAREER, CREDIT CARD, CINDY & CAT'

My name is Cindy, which is a 'C' & I love cats which is a 'C' as well. So this is the 2 answers lor haha... Interestingly, I saw another kind of 5Cs in the Alexandra hospital when I am accompanying my mum for a hospital checkup.

A Pampering & Relaxing Facial At 'Amore'

For those who had heard of 'Amore', its more of related to fitness, rather then the facial & spa thing. I didn't know it consist of the latter & after browsing through the brochure, I decided to give a try =)

As I got the 'Passion Card' & also 1st time customer, I am entitled to a 50% discount on the given skin or massage treatment. I opt for this 'Aromatic Swedish Massage & 'COLLIN Paris Skin Regenerating Treatment'. Both treatments costs around $240.00, but now I only paid $120! This is such a great deal that's not to be missed hehe...

Today I went for the 'COLLIN Paris Skin Regenerating Treatment". I change into their black slippers & put my things into the locker. The lady brought me to one cosy corner with dim lights. Soft music was usually played in these areas & it can help to soothe & calm a person's mind. I am serve with tea as requested & sit down on a wooden chair to read a magazine. I was told to wait for a while (15 mins). While reading, my legs were soaked with water that has aromatherapy oils in it.

After this, one of the lady wipe my legs dry & I was proceed to the facial room. The room is huge & not those ordinary small rectangular room. The air-con was just nice & I need to change into their soft clothing. As usual, the cleansing & scrubbing is done on the face.

Small conversations were started between me & the person who help me to do the facial (Oops... How do I address them?) The start are always comfortable, until I heard those "kling kling clang clang" metal sounds (Used to poke your pimples & even the blackheads) That's very suffering & need to bear with it =(

Once the uncomfortable stage is over, it means most the dirt is out haha... They had applied a lot of cream on my face, at least 5 to 6 times (Including the ending part) My eyebrows were trimmed as well. There's a hard mask which the cream was those creamy creamy type & I was asked to rest 30 mins (I think so), then the mask will get hardened. At that point of time, I fall asleep & wake up 2 to 3 times. I didn't think of anything, just to relax my mind in such a comfortable environment.

Finally my facial was finish. I think at least an hour ba, I didn't count the time also. Hair was messy & I was brought to another area, which has the hairdryer & comb on the table. It looks exactly like those actor/actresses studio where the mirror & table is horizontally long.

I am the only person who is there then haha... I blowed & brushed my own hair to make it more tidier. The lady also showed me the jacuzzi room meant for 1 person only. I was like "Whoa... So privacy, it must be very enjoyable & very exp of cuz =p"

To my surprise, I was being served with a dessert (Take a look at the attachment) I never had a dessert before after a facial. It makes me feel I am a "Tai Tai" enjoying life & being pampered here haha...The lady even told me different months got different desserts =p

I know they won't let me off so easily & asked me to sign on a package which is either  $2k or $3k. I am indeed very very happy with the service provided by them & the results is good too!

But this amount is quite expensive & of cuz I will need to consider. Overrall, I am not a real "Tai Tai" also. When it comes to such a big amount like that, still need to considered properly haha...

IT Show 2010

"People Mountain People Sea" - This is what I will describe in the Suntec City Convention Hall for the 'IT Show 2010'

It's expected for sure & its a weekend somemore. If not because I wanted to purchase the new 'Sony Ericsson Vivaz' mobile phone at the 'Starhub' booth & get great discount for it, I will not want to go there to squeeze with people lor.

It's really a good deal & I only purchase for $198! Let me tell you why it's so cheap hehe... This is the latest mobile phone launched 1 week ago & the original price outside is $398. If I purchased it right now at this 'Starhub' booth, it's only $248. I still got an addtional e-voucher $50 & I can offset from this $248. So I end up paying $198 lor, very worth for new launch mobile phones haha... =p

It comes with a free 8GB Memory card & all those basic items in the box. There's 2 colors - Black & Ruby Red. I choose the latter as I feel the former color is too normal liao. I need sometime to adjust using this new phone. So in the meantime, I will still use my old phone.

I started using Nokia to Sony Ericsson to Samsung & back to Sony Ericsson again for now. Wanted to purchase LG phone initially, but there's not much model to choose from. I also don't want to downgrade from my existing 8 MP to 5MP if I use LG.

Not forgetting that Serene wanted to purchase a netbook as well, but end up buying a laptop instead haha... Mingli joined us halfway & I felt so dizzy seeing so many people here & there. Managed to find a seat to sit down for a while & feel a bit more better.

After seeing the pictures, what comes into your mind? As you can see, these are all the different seats in all stages of our life. Most of us will have to start from the top & not end up necesarily in the bottom (Of cuz I don't mean the bottom is a must. Touchwood! Some are still strong & healthy with a walking stick).

I Fall Sick

Since yesterday, I felt slight sorethroat & start to suck some lozenges & pain tablets. It didn't get much better & I suffer another one which is blocked nose today =x

Sianz... I hate falling sick. I remember I had cut down on fried food & even my favourite tidbits. During CNY time, I didn't ate much of those goodies & also went for walking exercise. Hm... Why will I fall sick? Maybe didn't drink enough fluid & sleep late lor, sigh... Hope I can recover soon =)

Oh... Regarding about the vision or the brown color contact lens, it's the former which causes it. I thought it increase but on the contrary, it decrease. Good news isnt it hehe... The optician has some extra lens for my new degree & ; I just try it on the spot & see if it's comfortable. Yes, it did!

Well, that means I am not able to use my old contact lens anymore for 2 eyes. I need to use 2 different degree for each eye, which  means need to buy 2 boxes for each eyes. In the meantime, I am waiting for the optician answer, whether can I exchange my old lens (I only used 3 to 4 pairs only) for the new degree.

Brown Contact Lens

Previously, I had ordered 2 boxes of disposable contact lens (Black). This time, I decided to order "Brown" & see whether is there a more better effect in making my eyes big haha...

Somehow it does, as the expansion of brown color is bigger than the black one. I am glad with this expansion thing, but it also left me with dissapointment. I don't know if it's the color problem or the degree of my eye (1 of them) has increase or decrease. I felt some discomfort when I wore it. It's not the 1st time but 2nd time & 3rd time. When I wore black that time, it's just normal. Hm... What went wrong?

I suspect it might be due to my eye vision increase/decrease. But upon further thinking, its quite impossible. I am a spectacle girl & I will defintely feel it, if there's something wrong with my eye vision, but don't have leh. I will try to wear the black contact lens tomorrow & see how is it. If it doesn't have the discomfort, it might be the brown color or maybe the quality of lens.

Whichever reason it is, I will make my way down to the optician & let them check. Hope everything is ok with my eyes =)

A Brand New Start On This Day

'1st Mar 2010' is a brand new start for "Louis & Cindy (Me)". It's a big step out on the new journey ahead.

This is my final decision & I am clear headed in the choice I had make. The feelings of confusion has slowly dissapeared & the confidence of building up our love once again, will slowly escalate. I knew it's not an easy road to travel. Since I had choosen this path, I shall walk through it & fight against all obstacles.

There is no promises to anything in the world, just like no free lunch haha... There's a price or something you need to pay & return.

Dear God,

"Give me the strength in the things I need to do, so I can achieve well & lessen the mistakes that I committ. I promise I will become a more better me. The road will be full of obstacles, let me take a deep breathe & think of proper ways to solve the solution.

When I am angry, I shall walk away to cool myself down. Being tempermental doesn't help, it will only make things worse. Forgiveness is a way of putting things down & letting it go, while the experiencing part still exists. I will not force myself to lead the way & shall follow accordingly to my comfortable level. Let's things become much more better"

Don't misunderstand that I am going to become a Christian. But I did a bought a book before that is related to Chrisitianty (Sorry, I know wrong spelling), & the quotes are meaningful which makes me ponder. I will still visit the both temples once in a month to remove my sins & tell God what have I done or wish for. May peace be with everyone =)
