The End Of October

Oops!
It's been exactly a month that I didn't update my blog. Don't worry, I am just so so so busy with so much activities happening every week & I can't update it on each individual day haha...

Now I am combining all the entries into 1 which is a brief recap on what's happening =)

START

1) Congratulations to 'Allen' (Salesperson) who was promoted to 'Branch Manager' officially on 1st Oct. 



The front row from the last is 'Allen' & beside him is the ex branch manager 'Stephen'

 2) Attended a 2 days (7th-8th) course in 'PSB Academy' at 'Tiong Bahru'. It's 'Excel In Customer Service'. Every staff need to attend a course, so I choose this as it's more related to my jobscope. Overall the lessons are fun & I defintely learned something from it.

3) Celebrated Jennie's advanced 26th birthday at 'Marche' in 'Vivocity' on 8th. Didn't forget to buy her a cake in 'Fruit Paradise'& sing a 'Happy Birthday Song' for her haha...

4) After work (13th), Dear & I went to 'ABC Brickworks Hawker Centre' (Alexandra) to eat 'Claypot Rice'. It's been a long long time we didn't eat this & decided to give a try as its famous here. Upon eating it, it's nothing special leh. Wonder what it's famous for haha...

Then went to IKEA & have a walk. It's also like long long time never went together to this place. Greedy Dear still look at the food pictures in the eatery place there hehe... But he only bought 1 hotdog bun to eat =p

5) Celebrated Elaine's 26th birthday on 15th & it's her actual birthday also hehe... Went to 'Scape' & have dinner at 'Taiwan Cafe' then went to 'K_Box' for singing session. It was fun as it can record down the voices of our singing & bluetooth into our handphones. Wish Elaine will enjoy this special day of hers.

6) Dear suddenly had a craving for 'Itacho Sushi' (24th) & we head down to ION about 4+ & had an early dinner haha...

7) Dear Dear gave me a big surprise as he bought me a Nikon P100-Semi-Pro camera (26th) I was touched & speechless. 

I did mention to him before I wanted a camera like this, but didn't took action & buy it yet. So nice of him to buy it & now I will practice my good photography skills & we can learn it together, as he own a DSLR camera also hehe... Thank You Dear =)

My Thoughts

My birthday month has ended for the day & month of 'October' will be welcomed =)

Time flies fast & I can say living alive each day is a bless thing, providing you got a good health & have a stable income to support yourself or your family & etc... I guess many good things will count one another to enjoy yourself.

In this fast paced society, a lot of people move way too fast forward & forget to look backward at times. Of cuz it's a need & good to move forward as there's no rewinding of life, but learning from the past experiences can or somehow bring a better tomorrow ahead, as we grow up to become a more stronger & mature person.

Every stories has a reason behind it & can't use the same solution for all others. When the hard truth comes to you, you still got to deal with it no matter what it is. Life is unpredictable, isn't it?

Maybe what you see from the outside is not exactly the real self, but something inner is being hide.

But I believe the most important thing is believe & love yourself & from then, you can spread the love to others.

Marina Bay Sands (Part 4)

Both of them felt hungry & want to order food through room dining. The prices of the food are so ridiculuous! A plain roti prata cost $15 & Nasi Lemak cost $25 & A Wagyu Beef Steak cost $58 & etc... Isn't it expensive?!

Well this is MBS leh, 5 or 6 stars hotel, of cuz expensive. Then if you didn't order $30 & above, a $5 delivery charge will be imposed. I was like "Oh My God" We are staying in this hotel aldy, still need what delivery charge. This hotel really really knows how to chop & earn $ from people =x

The food came about 1/2 hr & Eunice (William gf) paid by cash. They are enjoying their food, while most of us are in a half sleepy mode liao. After finish eating, they also sleep in our shared beds because they want to go to the skypark swimming pool the next morning.

But somehow they left about 7am+ or 8 as William need to work at 11am like that. So they make a move 1st. Everyone of us are sleeping then, dont wish to wake up even its aldy close to 10. Our check out time is 11am.

Then I saw GM woke up a bit & then gave a call to the receptionist to extend the checkout time to 12pm. I wonder need to cost any extra $ a not. Most of them then willinigly woke up about 11 & start to pack their things. It's great to stay here for a night even though it last quite fast. This is the 1st time that all of us are staying in a room together, enjoying our fun!

Marina Bay Sands (Part 3)

Eat at Yoshinoya as our dinner & then went back to the hotel. Watch TV, play UNO card, play cartown (ML & Grace had those usb stick internet laptop), snap pictures of our hotel view.

Bascially we didn't roam around the branded items shop. The girls didn't go, kind of waste. Of cuz I know I won't be buying, but see see look look ma, since we are already here.

It's aldy 1am to 2+ & I am still awake though I am yawning a little. I break record, never sleep at all haha... Then I use my mobile phone to go facebook, post shoutout =p

Then William came alone & have their man's chat, while we girls just laze on the bed & watch TV. Around 3+, I start to get tired liao & sleep for a while. Dear has slept at least 1/2 an hour before me & start to snore hehe...

GM go & disturb him by snapping his sleeping photo. I say cannot snap when a person is sleeping because the soul will fly out. GM still snap & then ask me to hear whether Dear still got breathing sound a not. If have, that means soul never fly away. So bad =x

William left about 3+ but came again about 5+ (If I am not wrong) with his gf. This is my 1st time seeing his gf. Looks quite pretty & friendly. He try to wake up my Dear, but Dear only woke up a while & I let him drink some warm water & he sleep back on the sofa.

William saw my "温柔" gesture & told his gf he also want haha...

Marina Bay Sands (Part 2)

The most nicest view of this hotel is the skypark which has the swimming pool on top of the towers (57th Storey) So the guys went to the top 1st & take their camera along. I didn't have a actual swimming costume, so I didn't bring it.

Grace went to my terriority area (Fusionpolis) for a 2 hours+ project meeting with her study mates, while Meileng want to laze in the room & watch TV. So I accompanied her lor.

When the guys are back about 1 hr +,GM & LS bring their cameras along again & changed into their swimming attire. ML also. So I went up with them & be thier security guard, look after their things haha...

I know it's a bit wasted but never mind bcuz at this end of the year, I am going there again. This time round, I will buy a swimming costume before hand & can immerse in the water. yeah! =p

Felt a bit bored because I am looking after thier things, can;t go anywhere to snap pics. So most of the time, I use my camera snap my own pics & the surroundings lor.

Dear & his friends are at the far end of the swimming pool. Stayed about 1 hour + if I am not wrong. GM order a beer & ML order a turkey taco wrap with cheese.

I asked Dear how's the view from the 57th storey looks like. Dear says it's not exactly you look down those type & you will be scared off as there's another level or sumthing which you can see the water flowing & others.

There's a lot of people too & mostly are ang mohs with great figures dressed in bikini haha... Lucky the sun is not that scorching Otherwise I become sunburn when I lied on the long chair. Its about 4 to 5pm + that time. Went back to hotel about 6pm+ & Grace just came back as well.

All of us feel hungry liao & decided to eat at Marina Square. I wonder why they don't call KFC or pizza hut delivery but eat outside? Or otherwise tapao from outside & take back to the hotel & eat? I felt waste a bit of time outside to eat, because we paid for the hotel room ma, should spent more hours in it rather then go outside & eat.

We walked from MBS to MS, took about 15mins ba & we came came across the 'Helix Bridge'. This is a new bridge built not long ago, the wave design of the shelter is quite unique & quite a lot of people are here & taking photos as well.

Marina Bay Sands (Part 1)

Yeah!!! Feel so exciting on this day, because I am staying at MBS for a night hehe... =p

Grace has a corporate rate or discount for this hotel, so the most basic deluxe room cost about $280++. It's quite worth the deal & you can't find a rate like that in MBS as the cheapest costs $400++ liao.

There's indeed a lot of people queuing up for the checking in queue, but we still managed to check in almost 3pm like that. This is my 1st time here & my eyes was looking around here & there. There's 3 towers together & we are assigned to Tower 3, Level 44 =)

When we arrived at our room, we left the things untouched 1st. All the guys carrying their DSLR cameras, shoot here & there. I also got bring my own digitial camera too. Sadly to say our bathroom doesn't have a bathtub =x

Is it bcuz this is the most basic deluxe room? I am also not sure also. Then there is no doors for the toilet & the bathroom, only 1/2 of a glass panel is covered. But there's defitnely a big door to closed in the front, which means only 1 person is allowed in there.

I guess why is there such a design like that in this room, is bcuz GM mentioned he's celebrating his anniversary with Grace haha... Actually it's a fake one lar. We also aren't supposed to have a high floor, the most is till 22nd only.

Maybe its bcuz of the anniversary thing, its exceptional lor =p

Bought our tidbits & drinks. For the latter, it can only be placed in a small square corner (Use 4 pens or pencils to make a square & it's the size). That's because in the fridge itself has thier own can drinks. You can't remove it & put your drinks as you like, as there's a sensor in it.

Once you remove the fridge items for 30 secs, it's chargeable. So it doens't matter did you take the drink a not, as long it's out of the space. Like that also can, pengz... =x

Fall Sick At The Wrong Time

Exactly 1 week after my birthday, I fell sick . Aiyoyo .... =x

Recently, I missed my exercise & has also been running here & there for the past few days, didn't have enough rest. Somemore has been eating much junk food lately, that explains why =p

Felt a bit weak today but still report for work as usual. Tonight go visit doctor & take MC tomorrow, then can rest on Fri till Sun haha... But I will be staying in MBS resort this Sat with my bf couple friends. Hope I can recover at least a bit by tomorrow, otherwise how to enjoy?

Susan Advanced 26th Birthday Celebration

It's a Saturday but I felt like a Sunday instead haha...

Went to the 'Partyworld KTV' at Woodlands. I hardly came here because it's far . Why Susan choose here is because it's her terriority lor =p

Serene & I shared the birthday gift for Susan. which is a bag from 'Zinc'. We had lunch at Burger King about 2pm. After this, Serene & Susan make a move to the KTV room 1st, as Jasmine, Mingli & me is going to purchase a cake for Susan to surprise her.

Susan booked the room for 4 hours (3-7pm) There's Mingli, Serene, Jasmine, Me & Susan =)

Luckily we bought the lighter to light up the candles, because the people at the KTV doesn't had any lighter at all =x

It was a cute 'Melody' design on the cake from 'Polar Puffs & Cakes'.

Finish the K at 7pm exactly & took dinner at the 1st floor 'Jerk Thai.' The portion of the food is small, I think is enough for 2 or 3 person only haha... Then we went to Macdonald & chit chat for a while.

This is not the end yet. Susan wanna go to 'Timezone' & played her 'Love & Berry' game haha... But Jasmine, Serene & me make a move 1st as its going to be 10pm.

Happy Birthday To Me, Happy Birthday To Me, Happy Birthday To Me... Happy Birthday To Me!!!

Whoa... I am already 26 years old! Age catches up fast & that's unpreventable haha... =p

Dear celebrated my advanced 26th birthday on a wednesday evening (8th Sep) as one of his best pals is proposing to his girlfriend of 9 or 10 years of relationship! It's once in a lifetime, compared to my birthday which can be celebrated every year =)

We went to 'Marche' at Vivocity & ate our dinner there. I ordered my favourite 'Lamb' which is the BBQ flavour

 & Dear ordered a 'Cripsy Pork Knuckle' followed by oysters & a mushroom soup. After this, we roam around for a while & take pictures everywhere hehe... (The pics can be seen in my facebook)

Then we came across this cafe selling HK desserts. So we went in & give it a try. After finish eating, Dear asked me, do I still want to eat a small cake from 'Fruit Paradise'? I say 'No' liao because I am full & I believe on my actual birthday, sure got cake to eat haha... =p

About 9.30pm, we went to the cinema & watch the movie 'Grown Up'. It's a funny one & last about 1 hr +.

My Advanced 26th Birthday Celebration (Part 2)

Claudia came & fetch us about 5.30pm + & we went to a Korean BBQ buffet restaurant, somewhere near Chinatown area.

It's everyone 1st time patronising here & it's a sinful meal lol... Lots of chicken, pork, beef which you need to BBQ on your own in a black tray.

It's fun doing the BBQ on your own though you will sweat & your clothes will have a smell of the BBQ.

There's one small sharp corner whereby the oil will dripped into a small metal plate. We can see the amount of oil lor! Oily Oily... But it's nice & worth to eat!

Most of the tables are occupied & you can eat as much as you can, no restrictions in the time if I am not wrong. Spend there about 1 hour + to 2.

After that we went to Vivocity for a chocolate drinking & chit chatting session at 'Max Breners' Jasmine & Liping bought 2 slices of cake from Fruit Paradise (Mango & Strawberry) for me, thank you girls.

We celebrated outside at the top of the open area, as there's no outside food allow in the cafe that we drink at. So bad =x

Thanks for celebrating my advanced birthday with me, especially Elaine & Claudia. I love you girls! Muacks Muacks haha...

My Advanced 26th Birthday Celebration (Part 1)

It was a rainy & cooling day & I don't feel like waking up, but sleep & laze the whole day long hehe....

Of cuz I can't do that, as I had already promised the girls (Jasmine, Liping, Elaine & Claudia) to celebrate my advanced birthday today. As Claudia can only come about 5pm + (She's working), so I meet up with Jasmine, Liping & Elaine at ION Orchard about 2pm+.

Head towards the 'Skechers' store, as I wanted to buy shoes from there & it's my birthday gift from Elaine & Claudia =)

Aiya!!! It doesn't have the design & color that I want which I see from the internet (http://www.skechers.com/shoes-and clothing/styles/best_sellers/product/shape-ups_-_kinetix_response_s_r_t/wspk/)

I saw a whole white in color shoe that looks nice, but white color is difficult to maintain, so I gave up this color & choose a brownish one instead. Nice right? =)

It's not those ordinary shoes, but helps to burn calories, tone muscles & improve posture! Other then that, it also firms buttock muscles, firm calf muscles, improves blood circulation & reduces knee joint stress. It sounds too good to be true haha... But most importantly, I am more concerned on the improving posture part.

As described by the sales personnel, it's used for walking, jogging & even running on the threadmill haha... I never run on a threadmill before, maybe next time can try out =p

What Will Your Last Meal Be?

Choi!!! I am not selling "Salt Duck Eggs" or "Kick The Bucket", but just came across this food website which mentioned "What Will Your Last Meal Be"?

This food blogger loves porridge & post some pictures & side dishes paired with it. I immediately think of my favourite 'Frog Leg Porridge' hehe...

I like it to be paired with chicken feet, peanuts, pickled vegetables & those black sauce meats & others. Though it's a light meal but I defitnely won't choose those fried chicken or 'Chu Zhar' food, too greasy & heavy haha...

Otherwise soft boiled eggs is not bad too. It's so slippery it slurps into your throat hehe... Dim Sum also can! I am foodie crazy now =p

I enjoyed visiting food blogs & whenever I see the nicely taken pictures of the food, I will drool =p

Food is something everyone needs to eat & survive. Sometimes doens't mean expensive food is the most nicest to eat. But of cuz dining in cafes/restaurants once in a while is nice enough to pamper yourself for a good meal which is worth it at times =)

Happy Teacher's Day (Part 2)

Another teacher is Mr ___ ? Sorry, I forgotten the name. He's also the kind of teacher who is like a counsellor too. But he's more handsome & gain more popularity then Mr Ng haha...

There's a time he took his guitar here & played a song for us. So nice. I can still remember his face then, now whether got changed a not, I dun knw hehe...

He's more of a hyper & sporty kind of person & even the guys approach him. I mean in studies or chit chatting as a friend. But if you asked me to choose him or Mr Ng, I prefer Mr Ng somehow. Too handsome not good haha... Just kidding.

Then there's another teacher who teaches Maths. Forgotten his name & his face liao. He's a patient teacher & hardly had temper if I am not wrong. The day before he left, he gave a thank you speech or something. I drop my tears.

When he left & a relief teacher came, I will think of him & drop tears again. I guess I miss this teacher & how I wish he will come back again to teach the class of mine. Too bad, it won't come true.

These are some of the teachers I can remember & say more good things about them. But no matter what, I still like to thank every teacher who teaches us & wish they remain healthy which is the most important thing.

Tanglin Primary & Ghim Moh secondary has closed down. I don't know where to find my teachers for the former. At least the latter is combined & known as 'Clementi Woods' maybe still can find. But no time leh =p

Student days are long over & now I am no longer a kid but an working adult now.

Happy Teacher's Day (Part 1)

I still used to remember the old days when I am a student (Esp Pri & Sec), will spend some of the savings to buy the gifts for the teachers. Though it's not something very expensive & it's just a card filled with my own handwriting words or a small gift, I felt happy when I passed it to my favorite teachers. It's a form of my grateful gesture to them, hoping to make their day happy =)

I had 2 favourite teachers in Pri School. I remember their names! One is Ms Felix Lau & One is Mrs Heng. Ms Lau is young (30s) resembles a bit like Zoe Tay & she teaches 'English' while Mrs Heng (40s) teaches Maths.

Maths is my worst subjects but I like the way she teaches, as she's patient & I can understand well. Ms Lau is a nice teacher as well. Needless to say, her english is quite powerful (In my view) & I never got scolded by her until 1 time. I forgotten why, but these 2 teachers are the best in my heart hehe... =p

In secondary school, not to say have favourite teachers but teachers whom I look up too & hope I can be them 1 day (Not to be a teacher but have their personality) One of them is Mr Frederick Ng. He's not those handsome type of teacher, just like my height, taller a bit haha...

He has a nice personality which is those kind of firm on the ground type,somesort like those tradtional kind of guy who is "脚踏实地". He's not only a teacher but is like a counsellor who explains to us students in what's right & wrong when we misbehave.

Can you imagine not all teachers will spend the time or effort to tell you whats wrong or right? I mean a teacher only teaches you in subjects but not your character. I love Mr Ng teaching lessons & most of the time, I find him right.

Maybe for those naughtier students (The guys) might not be able to listen in thier ears (1 ear in, 1 ear out) This kind of teacher, where to find? But after a year or something, he left the school & become a real conseullor if I am not wrong. I miss him. I wonder where is he now =(

Lower Pierce

Dear promised to bring me to Lower Pierce for a walk & it's a very sunny sunday hehe... =)

Reached there about 10am & I was in my dri-fit shirt & sport shoes. At first, I thought it's those open space that can walk/run freely, hold hand in hand & breathe in the fresh air.

Who knows there's trail of steps (Up Down, Up Down, Straight....) & it looks like in a forest/jungle. But well, that's something new & I am curious to explore this place.

Dear bought his DSLR camera along & shoot those signages, grasses, trees, monkeys, squirrels, flowers, worms, lizards & etc haha... It's a good place using your sight & sound (Eyes & Ears) to pay attention. Why do I say this?

It's because I am more of a blurry & slow to response kind of person, but when I reached this kind of forest/jungle places, I become more alert & used my eyes to scan everywhere I walk & my ears to listen carefully where the sounds came from. I noticed a lot of movement in the grasses & on the trees.

In the grasses, I saw a kind of big lizard. It's not those chamelons, but another species (There's a signage board showing us different kind of reptiles or lizards). Then up on the trees, the leaves were moving.

What did I see? Monkeys & Squirrels, so cutie! Just within 15 minutes, I am already sweating but legs are not tired as it's those small kind of steps. Can treat it as a form of exercise hehe...

I hate those bees or flies fly near to my ear, as I heard the buzzing sound (4 times altogether). I had saw at least more then 10 monkeys. Some even jumped out from the tree or on the ground to the steps we people are walking on.

I quickly ask Dear to give them a shot. They are very agile & jump here & there. Difficult to take a still picture unless it stays good.

When the monkey jump out to the steps (4 of it), I am scared.... =( I mumbled to myself & Dear "The monkeys jump out & looking at me. How to move forward?" At that point of time, I grab my Dear hands & we move forward together.

He's just like my knight & I am the princess, protecting me haha... Okok... I know I am not acting in a fairytale show now =p

Then I saw a kind of tree which all the small leaves are wrapped around the tree in a clockwise direction. It make me think of a fairytale story " Magical Beanstalk" where a little girl climbed all the way up in this tree & found her prince. I told Dear about it & he took a picture & say "Oh... Magical Beanstalk" haha... He's such a cutie.

We took almost 1 hour to complete this walk. There's another side which I believe it's the open ground that I mentioned earlier on, but need to travel a very far distance, so Dear didn't go & only stopped at here. Some monkeys are even on the roads, so dangerous.

It's A Saturday

Weekend is here again & I have plans already hehe...

Went out with Grace, Meileng (ML) & Jaime to Bugis in the noon. Grace & ML bought a number of things. I wanted to buy a short skirt that match exactly with one of a blink black top that I had, but don't have my size & it's only $13 lor, wasted =x

I enjoyed the shopping trip with them. Girls will always be girls, like to shop around & buy this & that haha... If guys are around, the shopping time will reduced to 1/2 liao =p

About 4pm, I make a move 1st, as I need to go to CK Tang & Singapore Marriott Hotel to collect my KFC voucher & mooncakes respectively. After collecting these items, meet up with Elaine & went to Parco Millenia.

There's a Japanese instant noodles & sake fair. I thought it's a big one, but end up it's only one small corner. Bought 2 for myself & 2 for Dear. Most of the nice flavours are all sold out, but I try to choose which I think is nice. Hope it's nice lor. Bcuz 1 of it cost $3+ to $4+, expensive.

After this fair, went to Marina Square & watch the movie "Step Up 3". It's all about dancing & for those who loves listening to R&B songs also, this show is for you! The actors/actresses will show you their slick & flexible moves in the dance, pair with the good music.

I think they must have been trained at least many years or at least many months ago, otherwise how to stretch your body? I don't think I can make this moves now, my bones will break haha... But maybe if I am younger 5 to 6 years during then, maybe different story =p




When the show ended, went to 'Sakae Sushi' & have our dinner. Reach home is already 12+ liao, tired...

Night Safari (Cancelled)

Yeah! Dear & I has planned to go Night Safari after work & I look forward to visit the night animals hehe... The tickets are free, as it was redeemed by his brother credit card =)

But in the end, this 'Night Safari' was cancelled, sigh... It's not because we had a change of plan but because Dear's brother didn't placed his credit card on Dear's desk which it needs the card & a letter to go in for free.

Dear brother mentioned he did left the credit card on Dear desk, but Dear mention he didn't see it. Aiyo... Also don't know who & who is right, but I know Dear's mood is spoiled =x

Since this is the case, we cancelled this trip. It's not worth to pay a $18 or $20 each for the tickets, as it's supposed to be free in the 1st place. Perhaps we postpone to next week, as the valdility of the tickets is till end of this month.

I calm him down & in order to make his day more better, I suggest we wil be eating 'Sashimi' for our dinner as it's his favourite. So we went to WCP (West Coast Plaza) & dine in at "Fish Mart Sakuraya".

This is my 1st time eating in this so called restaurant. I had checked on the comment website for this & so far the ratings are about 7-8 & the price is economic. That's why I decided to choose here & it's nearer also. Hope Dear will like it hehe...

Everytime when his eyes are looking at the pieces of salmons, his eyes would light up more brighter when he look into my eyes lor haha... Maybe next time I shall dress more in orange & white striped shirt & look like a salmon, so he will look at me more often lol... (Just kidding, I also dun 1 2 look like a salmon =p )

Order 1 normal salmon, 1 salmon belly, 1 scallops (Placed in a box), 1 cooked octopus (My Favourite), 2 squid sushis, 6 small little bit tuna sushis. I think that's all.

The price is also not that economic, can be compared a bit to 'Itacho', being cheated liao =x After eating, beside it was a mart selling all kind of food items.

Tidbits, instant noodles, frozen food, spices & others. All are imported from Japan. Only bought a custard cream pudding & a vanilla soft wafter biscuit.

Then we went to Cold Storage for a walk & bought a don't know what chocolate biscuits (Looks nice on the cover, but I substain from it hehe...) & Nissin instant noodles - 4 pkts for $10.90. Expensive right? Dear also don't know why its so expensive, but give it a try since never try before haha...

Can see that his mood is more better & I am glad he didn't brood on the matter too much. Hope we will be going next week!

Go Away Flu

I forgotten when is the last time I caught the flu virus, but I know now I caught it =x

Few months back, I was quite consistent in taking my Vita C drink, at least 3 to 4 times in a week. Sometime later, I stopped. I am not of a fruit or milk person.

I don't mean I don't like to eat/drink it, but never touch it lo. I know just relying on the tablets is not enough, I got to take real fruits to boost my immune system. Other then that, exercise plays a part too.

Nowdays, my run has deterioated sigh... Just don't have the kind of motivation like last time & keep on telling myself to run run run! Don't know what went wrong, is this a sign of 三分钟热度 & find an excuse to be lazy?

No Way!!! I can't let this happen because I still truly believe exercise do help to mantain a healthy lifestyle & can slim down a bit (Ya, I know it's a bit only, better than nothing) on the butt & thigh areas haha... =p

Once a week of exercise is defintely not enough to burn the fats & others. So in order to fill up this gap, I got to reduce on the food intake, don't eat too much like a cow or pig hehe...

But 1 thing to be caution. You also need to take enough food in order to exercise & burn away whatever fats. If you eat little bit & then exercise to extreme, you will be burning your muscles. That's a very wrong method.

Sometimes running the same route also sianz. I wanted to try out different places to have my run, but it might be easy to travel there but come back how? I don't want to aboard the train/bus with my sweaty body =x

Cat Give Cardiac Massage To His Injured Girlfriend

INFO: This stray cat was filmed in Turkey( Kızılsaray district of Antalya ) trying to reanimate his female friend who got hit by a car. Even though some people tried to help him, the white cat wouldn't let them come near for two straight hours. Finally a vet arrived and took the injured cat. Sadly, it was too late and he couldnt resuscitate the feline.

Cindy Comments : It's so touching. B4 the video ends, I was wondering will the cat's girlfriend wake up after his boyfriend gave the cardiac massage? Too bad, the gf didn't wake up. The boyfriend must be very sad, but I know he tried his best.

BBQ At Changi Beach

This BBQ was held to celebrate Lisheng (My Boyfriend Best Friend) advanced 28th birthday.

Everything was well prepared & the weather in the evening, is doing good. Dear prepared most of the food & it's not those that is pre-ordered from the food supplier, but he marinated it himself! He not only knows how to eat, but also know how to marinate/cook food also haha... =p

Despite needing to work on Sat, Dear still help out in it without complaning being tired. This shows how “伟大”is he towards his friends =)

I joke with him saying since you know how to eat & also know how to cook well, why don't you become a chef? He just smile smile hehe...

Everyone plays their part in bbqing the food. This time round, I am not lazy liao but also got help out to bbq the food also hehe... The food is delicious & I praise my Dear for doing a good job in marinating & bbq the fod also.  His friend GM even give him another name "Chef Chow" haha... Sometimes guys need compliments too, but of cuz its real lar. A 500GB external harddisk was present to Lisheng as her birthday gift from all of us.

Not forgetting the last session, cutting of the cake. Her gf (ML) ordered a cake which is LS favourite cartoon character "Domo". If I am not wrong, this cake cost $100+ ba. Maybe its bcuz of the special custom make of the character & also the rich chocolately flavour. Last year ML also ordered the same character cake (Different cake company) but this time, its more nicer & bigger.

Hungry Ghost Festival

After the weekends + 1 Mon holiday, it's time to face the reality & come back to work. At least never feel blueish hehe... =p

Today is the oepning day of "Hungry Ghost Festival". Don't stay out or sleep too late at night, otherwise there will be extra eyes watching at you. Woo.... (Scare Scare =( )

Every year, my company would get involved in the offerings/prayings for this month. I think most of the companies also did that too. Each of the employee fork out $30.

It's the usual fruits, packet drinks. vegetarian food & not forgetting the "Zhu Jue" (Suckling Pig). Char Siew, Roast Meat, Chicken & Duck Meat. There's an addtional "Pork Trotter" as one of my colleague strike lottery & bought it. Imagine eating so many kind of meats in a day, scary... Yd the exercise that I had done, has gain back in a day =x

The burning of incense paper were done before the eating & the praying of 4 digits. Wish the company business will prosper & get more projects & earn more $$$ as it benefits our wages & bonuses hehe... =p

Long Weekend

If every Mon is a public holiday, then it means we report for work/school 4 days only haha... How I wish it happened in every single week of the month, too bad it doesn't lor, maybe in dreamland then have =x

Let me do some updates on the following days :-

Sat (7th Aug)

Dear always work in Sat (From Morn Till 5pm+), so I got to find programmes for the day & then see him in the evening hehe... Accompanied my mum during noon to 'Tiong Bahru Plaza' & take our lunch in 'Ajisen'. After that, watch the movie "Old Cow Eat Tender Grass". It was kind of stupid & funny show haha... =p

Leave 'TB' around 4pm+ & met up with my boyfriend group of friends at 'SCAPE' (Beside Cineleisure) This is a new shopping centre & it's my 1st time here. I guess it's more suitable for the teenagers to hang out here, of cuz adults can hang out here also.

There's a flea market downstairs, selling lots of stuff like clothes, wallets, handphone covers, plush toys, shoes & many other more. I didn't buy anything, but just look around lo.

Then we went to ION Orchard "ITACHO SUSHI"to have our dinner at 7pm +. Grace recommended this place. as its the best sushi she ate & once you patronise this place, you will find all other sushis very normal. As there is 8 of us, it's difficult to find a long seat, so got to split into 4 & 4. Ordered a substanial amount of sushis, got those normal & special ones.

Then there's a corn (Those yellowish & used to brew soup) which can only be eaten raw here. That's amazing! It's cold & sweet hehe... Don't go & buy those from market, store into fridge & eat. The corn sold here & in the market is two different corns.

Then you know "SAKE"? Usually its cold, but there's a hot one (Grace recommended as well). From the 1st sip, its warm & sweet. The more you sip, it slowly become bitter liao. Each person spend about $33 like that, expensive but once in a blue moon, ok lar =)

After this, its aldy 9pm + to 10 liao, but we still went to Dynasty & sing K. The official finish time is 2pm but Dar & I sing until 1pm & make a move liao. Tired...

Sun (8th Aug)

I think it has been 1/2 year or more, that I didn't do any facial. Went to Novena Square 2 about 2pm+ & done my facial. Needless to say, I got to bear with the pain of those poking of my face to remove those dirty pimples & blackheads.

Ouch Ouch! From now on, I promise to have my facial done once a month, so I don't think it's that pain & my skin of the face is more smoother. I might not be a pretty girl, but I like to maintain my young skin hehe...

After my facial, Dar called me & say he's at 'Lower Pierce Reservoir' snapping photos with GM. Later he will come & fetch me & we will go for dinner together. I proposed 'Adam Road Hawker Centre' as there's a famous "Big Prawn With Pork Rib Noodle'. It's like long time never eat those dry prawn noodle liao, so wanted to go here & try hehe..

Since I had ate noodle for breakfast. I don't want to eat noodles again. Dear ordered think beehoon & soup base for me, so thoughtful of him hehe... But don't know why the standard seems to drop liao. Maybe its bcuz dry & soup is diferent? Not sure also. Then ordered a dessert. I thought we will be sharing but end up he has one & I have one. I guess I will gain back some weight liao =p

Mon (9th Aug)

Wanted to accompany my parents for a walk, but mum is feeling uncomfortable & decided to stay at home instead. I felt its like long time didn't stay at home properly & tidy up my things. So I make use of this chance to tidy up the old magazines & sleeping clothes. In the meantime, can laze at home hehe... Sometime have been going out too often, lazing at home is not a bad thing also.

Of cuz I didn't laze the whole day lar. I went for my exercise about 9 am +. This week, I never did any exercise leh. I change abit of my route. Usually after the Jelita, I will make a turn inside which can see one school & then turn to Ulu Pandan. Instead of making a round, I went straight to Clementi road. Of cuz not really run until there, but got set some limits. Cannot over exert my energy, imagine I still need to walk back leh hehe...

After came back from exercise, look for my favourite cat 'Ang Mo' Who knows this is the 1st time I am scratch by him =x Lately he's not being ownself, feel like he's a changed cat. Last time he use to be very obedient, but now become naughty liao sigh... Next time can't play too much with him, otherwise not even a scratch, maybe bite also have =x

Then surf the internet & upload all my previous photos. Watch the 'National Day Programme' in TV. Heard some helipcoters fly by my area. It's like ants, so small.

The day has ended just like that, Tue is here soon, need to report for work.
